- Arvin is an AI assistant that works on your existing website. It answers questions using your content, books appointments, and captures contact details and requests for your team. You can see the conversations and take over at any time.
- How long does it take to set up?
- You can get started in minutes. Enter your website address, let Arvin read your public pages, and try a few questions. Installation depends on your platform. Booking also needs your hours and availability.
- How do I add Arvin to my website?
- Use a one-click connection where available, install the WordPress plugin, or paste a script tag into your site. Arvin works with Shopify, WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Webflow and sites that allow custom scripts. Setup shows the options available for your website.
- Will it make things up about my business?
- Arvin searches your content and is instructed to offer follow-up when it cannot find an answer. Like any AI, it can make mistakes. Test important questions before going live, keep your content current, and review the source links.
- What does Arvin cost?
- Free includes 20 visitor conversations a month. Pro is $9 a month (₹499 in India) for 100. Every plan includes booking, lead capture and the live inbox. You pay per conversation, not per message: one visitor chat is one credit however many replies it takes, and testing from the dashboard is free. You can buy more conversations at any time — $0.90 (₹50) per 10 — and bought ones never expire.
- Can Arvin book appointments?
- Yes. If you turn booking on, the assistant shows a calendar inside the chat. The visitor picks a day and a time from what is genuinely free, then leaves a name and email. You set your hours, appointment length, notice period and how far ahead people can book. It can connect to Google Calendar so your existing commitments block times.
- Can Arvin take orders?
- Arvin can collect a visitor’s order request and contact details as a lead for your team to follow up. Your business confirms availability, pricing and payment. Arvin does not currently place orders in a checkout system or process customer payments.
- Can Arvin collect leads?
- Yes. When a visitor wants a person, the assistant asks for their name and a way to reach them. They appear on a board in your dashboard with four columns: new, contacted, won and lost.
- Can I switch between autopilot and live human chat?
- Yes. Leave Arvin on autopilot or watch conversations in your live inbox and join whenever a customer needs your help. You can read the conversation and reply directly in the same chat. Arvin pauses its replies and the customer sees that a person has joined. When you hand the chat back, Arvin responds to the next customer message. You decide when to step in.
- What languages does it speak?
- It replies in the language the visitor writes in, grounded in whatever your pages say.
- Is my data safe?
- Each business’s pages, conversations and settings are stored separately, and no query can reach across businesses. The token in your script tag can only start conversations and only works on your own domain. Arvin reads only what any visitor could read — pages behind a login are never fetched.
